ClemgTech Refund, Replacement & Warranty Policy

We sell only certified original and authentic products. This policy explains how warranty claims, replacements and refunds work at ClemgTech.

1. ClemgTech Warranty (1 Month)

Applies to eligible brand-new products.

  • The warranty covers manufacturer (factory) faults only.
  • Faults must be reported within 72 hours of noticing the issue.
  • We provide free pickup, inspection and replacement.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, you receive a full refund.

After the warranty expires, we may assist with repairs, with the cost covered by the customer.

2. Factory Fault Replacement

  1. Report the fault within 72 hours of delivery (or within 72 hours of noticing it, during the warranty period).
  2. Our logistics partner collects the product at no cost to you.
  3. We inspect the product to confirm the fault is manufacturer-related.
  4. If confirmed, we provide a replacement.
  5. If no replacement is available, we issue a full refund.

3. What Is NOT Covered

The following are excluded from warranty, replacement and fault-based refunds.

Screen and display issues

  • Cracked screen or glass, or a broken display
  • Lines on the screen
  • Black spots or dead pixels caused by pressure
  • Screen discoloration or bleeding due to impact
  • Touch not responding due to a drop or pressure
  • Green, white or flickering screen caused by damage

Physical and cosmetic issues

  • Scratches on the screen or body
  • Dents, bends or cracks
  • Chipped edges or peeling paint
  • Signs of tampering or repairs

Other exclusions

  • Water or liquid damage
  • Power surge or charging damage
  • Software issues caused by third-party apps
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence or accidents

Important: Any device with visible physical damage, scratches or screen damage automatically voids the warranty.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • ClemgTech accepts a returned product in exchange for another product.
  • If you request a refund instead of an exchange, a percentage is deducted to cover logistics, inspection and handling:

  • Refunds are processed after inspection.

5. Cash on Delivery Deposits

  • Where a delivery confirmation deposit was paid, it is deducted from the total payable on delivery.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once dispatch begins.
  • If ClemgTech cannot fulfil your order, the deposit is refunded in full.
