1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to clemgtech.com.ng, operated by ClemGTech Store. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase. By browsing, ordering, or using our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or have parental/guardian consent), able to form a binding contract under Nigerian law, and provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
3. Products & Product Information
We sell certified original and authentic products. Descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our ability; minor variations may occur. Availability is confirmed only upon order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable we will notify you and offer alternatives, refund, or restock options.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change; the price at confirmation applies.
Accepted methods include bank transfer, POS, cash, card (via processors), flexible BNPL/installments, and Cash on Delivery (COD) subject to confirmation deposit.
An order is confirmed only upon full payment or receipt of the required COD deposit.

8. Use of the Site
Use only for lawful purposes. You must not: damage the Site, attempt unauthorized access, use bots/scrapers without permission, submit false information, transmit malware, or abuse COD/return processes. We may suspend access or refuse orders for breaches.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by ClemGTech or its licensors and protected by law. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without permission (except personal non-commercial use).
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Site and content provided “as is” and “as available.” Product warranties beyond our 1-month factory-fault guarantee are those of the manufacturer (where applicable).
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ClemGTech and its staff against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or false information.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Contact Customer Support first for informal resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 (single arbitrator, seat in Lagos State, English language). Urgent interim relief may still be sought from Nigerian courts.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, unrest, government action, logistics disruptions, etc.).
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated as required.
