We deliver nationwide through trusted logistics partners. This policy explains our delivery fees, pickup options, timelines and what to expect when your order ships.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to locations across Nigeria.
  • Delivery is handled by our trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery options and fees are based on your location and are confirmed when your order is placed.

2. Delivery Fees

Free delivery

  • Items priced at ₦100,000 and above qualify for free delivery in eligible locations.

Standard delivery fees

  • Orders below ₦100,000 attract a standard delivery fee based on your location.
  • The fee is confirmed before you complete your order.

3. Pickup Stations

For security and logistics reasons, some locations require you to collect your order from an assigned pickup station.

  • We will tell you if your location requires pickup.
  • We will give you the address of the pickup station and notify you when your order arrives.
  • Please bring a valid means of identification, and your order details, when collecting.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed after payment is confirmed (or after the confirmation deposit is received for COD orders).
  • We will contact you by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email to confirm your order and delivery details.
  • Delivery times vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays caused by logistics disruptions, weather, security conditions or other factors beyond our control do not make ClemgTech liable.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide.
  • Some orders require a small delivery confirmation deposit to support long-distance logistics and reduce failed deliveries.
  • The deposit depends on item value and location tier:
    • ₦100,000 – ₦900,000: ₦20,000 – ₦40,000
    • ₦1,000,000 and above: ₦40,000 – ₦100,000
  • Location tiers:
    • Tier 1 (Lagos): usually no deposit required
    • Tier 2: nearby low-risk states, lower deposit
    • Tier 3: mid-distance states, moderate deposit
    • Tier 4: far-distance or high-risk locations, higher deposit
  • The deposit is deducted from the total payable on delivery.
  • Deposits become non-refundable once dispatch begins.
  • If ClemgTech cannot fulfil your order, your deposit is refunded in full.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery details, including your full address and a reachable phone number.
  • Be available to receive your order, or collect it promptly from the pickup station.
  • Inspect your package on delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information, or by you being unreachable.

7. Pickups, Returns and Replacements
